Major General Md Mostafizur Rahman, SUP, ndc, hdmc, afwc, psc, PhD (LPR)
Maj Gen Md Mostafizur Rahman is a retired senior military officer with a proven track record of successful leadership role from the smallest military outfits to Independent Brigade Commander both in home and in abroad in conflict zones of Africa. Besides, he has vast experience of teaching military students from the level of Officer Cadets in BMA to the mid ranking senior officers (Colonels/Lieutenant Colonel) of the Armed Forces in National Defence College as Directing Staff and Chief Instructor. Besides many other subjects on military operation and military science the officer taught hands on the Operational Leadership, Operational Planning, Operational Strategy, Strategic Management, Decision Making Process, Research Methodology and Organizational Behaviors.
He holds a PhD from Jahangirnagar University on Government and Politics and Master of Management Studies from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He also obatined master of Defence Studies and Master of Security Studies from National University and Bangladesh University of Professionals respectively. He attended two course in the USA. He is a keen researcher on Social and geopolitical issues and regularly writes in different journals. He delivers lectures in different international seminars and Institutions. He also participated as panelist in UN Preparatory meetings in Montevideo (Uruguay) and Sentul Bogor (Indonesia). He was a College Prefect from his batch in Rajshahi Cadet College.
