Refund Policy for Online Training<\/strong><\/p>

At Global Talent Catalyst (GTC)<\/strong>, we strive to deliver exceptional online training experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where participants need to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:<\/p>

  1. Eligibility for Refunds<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    We offer refunds for online training courses under the following circumstances:<\/p>

    • If GTC cancels or reschedules the training session to a date that the participant cannot attend.<\/li>
    • If the participant withdraws from the training program at least 7 days prior to the start date<\/strong> of the course.<\/li><\/ul>
      1. Non-Refundable Scenarios<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:<\/p>

        • The participant withdraws less than 7 days before the course start date.<\/li>
        • The participant has already attended one or more sessions of the course.<\/li>
        • Failure to attend the course without prior notification (no-show).<\/li><\/ul>

            To request a refund:<\/p>

            1. Send an email to info@globaltalentcatalyst.com<\/strong> with your name, course details, and reason for the refund request.<\/li>
            2. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment<\/strong> or 7 days before the course start date<\/strong>, whichever comes first.<\/li>
            3. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days<\/strong> and notify you of the outcome.<\/li><\/ol>
              1. Refund Payment Method<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.<\/li>
                • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days<\/strong> for the refund to reflect in your account.<\/li><\/ul>
                  1. Rescheduling and Credit Options<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    If you are unable to attend the course, we encourage you to reschedule or transfer your enrollment to a future session. In such cases:<\/p>

                    • You may reschedule to another course session at no additional cost if notified at least 3 days prior<\/strong> to the course start date.<\/li>
                    • Course credits are valid for up to 6 months<\/strong> from the original enrollment date.<\/li><\/ul>

                        In the unlikely event that GTC cancels or postpones a course:<\/p>

                        • Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session.<\/li><\/ul>

                            We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.<\/p>
