At Global Talent Catalyst (GTC), we strive to deliver exceptional online training experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where participants need to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
- Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for online training courses under the following circumstances:
- If GTC cancels or reschedules the training session to a date that the participant cannot attend.
- If the participant withdraws from the training program at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The participant withdraws less than 7 days before the course start date.
- The participant has already attended one or more sessions of the course.
- Failure to attend the course without prior notification (no-show).
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected] with your name, course details, and reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment or 7 days before the course start date, whichever comes first.
- Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
- Refund Payment Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Rescheduling and Credit Options
If you are unable to attend the course, we encourage you to reschedule or transfer your enrollment to a future session. In such cases:
- You may reschedule to another course session at no additional cost if notified at least 3 days prior to the course start date.
- Course credits are valid for up to 6 months from the original enrollment date.
- Cancellations by GTC
In the unlikely event that GTC cancels or postpones a course:
- Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session.
- Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
